Shipping Policy

ProDry Hair Products currently ships physical products to addresses in the United States.

Shipping methods and charges

• Ground shipping: $11 per order, with estimated transit time of 6–7 business days after dispatch.
• Priority Mail: $15 per order, with estimated transit time of 2–3 business days after dispatch.

Shipping methods and costs are confirmed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates provided for planning, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and destination can affect delivery.

Order preparation

Orders are prepared for shipment after payment is confirmed. Handling times can vary with stock and order volume. If an order is delayed, please contact us for a status update.

Tracking and delivery questions

When shipment tracking is available from the carrier, it can be provided with the shipping confirmation or upon request. For address corrections, delivery problems, or order changes, email prodryhair@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. Changes and cancellations might not be possible once an order is being prepared or has shipped.

International shipping

International shipping is not currently offered through online checkout.
